Impossible to say: either whether the use of the acetaminophen in Percocet is responsible for causing problems, or whether it will get better. One creatinine rarely tells the story, and one needs to know what it was previously, and how much you weigh (particularly if you are muscular). A urinalysis is the place to start - your doctor needs to follow-up, and you also need to make sure you are well hydrated.

Hard to say: The creatinine level rises with age and since you have not provided any info on your age, it is hard to tell whether there has been any kidney damage. There is also no way to tell whether your kidney function will improve after taking off of Percocet and whether there may be other factors causing the damage. Nonetheless chronic intake of acetaminophen can impact your organs especially the liver
