All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if trace level of protein was the only abnormal result you may watch and wait and repeat the test in a year or so. Wish you good health!

If the urinalysis is otherwise OK have it repeated while you are hydrated. Chances are it will be neg.
