You need to see your doctor soon, most likely you will need laboratory, ecg and other tests. If all the cardiac tests are normal, other tests for other conditions that have an endocrine or mast cell disorders could be seen. There is no clear contrandication to taking cordarone with elevated creatinine. It can cause severe bradycardia and conduction defects.Your description of irregular heart rhythm and low blood pressure calls for monitoring of heart rhythm to determine the cause of your symptoms. Both sinus bradycardia and AV block may occur with cordarone. Strongly recommend cardiology evaluation.
