?biopsy: In this situation I believe that an oral surgeon or ENT specialist should sit down with the radiologist and review the ultrasound, ask the radiologist for a differential diagnosis and whether any further imaging studies would be helpful in making a diagnosis and then make a decision whether a biopsy or just a follow-up ultrasound in a few weeks is advisable.
