If u have a dental implant removed( had bone graft), what happens to the bone with a hole? what happens to the space that is left behind? how does it fill in?

If you are having the implant removed it is most likely because it is failing. If so, the bone in that area is compromised and additional graft material may be needed if another implant is anticipated. If not, the bone will fill in on its own.
