22/m flat/thin stools, diarrhea, constipation, minor abdominal pain (rarely) have hemorrhoids for years now, (not sure about internal) gi visit scheduled for june, and i'm scared that something is wrong with me. ibs? colon cancer?

Colon cancer is highly unlikely at your age. IBS is a more likely cause. It is good that you are seeing a GI doctor.

Your symptoms suggest that the most likely possibility is irritable bowel syndrome. Colon cancer is very unlikely, given your age. I would not worry about that. I agree with seeing a gastroenterologist if your symptoms have been persistent. In the meantime, you might consider a trial of increasing the amount of fiber in your diet, to see if this evens out your stools. Good luck.
