Cancer unlikely but: You have abdominal cramping after meals and you are 35 years old. It is unlikely that this in colin cancer but it would be a good idea to see your doctor. Even though you have hemorrhoids the blood on tissue paper could be a sign that your intestines are inflamed. Celiac disease among other causes like ulcerative colitis should be evaluated among others.
