Don't be scared: Be smart. Go to a doctor and get it sorted out. Probably not colon cancer, but it is a possibility. It is rarely seen in young people such as yourself. We can't give you any more advice than that. You need to be seen, examined and evaluated. It's the only way to ease your mind.

Relax: Colon cancer doesn't behave this way and is very, very rare in 19 year olds. Diarrhea after a normal BM is not unusual and often depends on diet, anxiety, etc. If it persists, see your primary care provider for an evaluation. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
