Recently diagnosed with parasite. symptoms will subside with taking flagyl and ibuprofen/tylenol switch but the headaches and ears ringing on and off are bothersome. gabapentin helped with issues before. would it help in this case?

Symptoms: Your best reference remains your doc. If your symptoms are believed to be related to the currently treated infection, adding meds until fully treated would not be recommended.
