HEADACHE: Constant headache x 3 days, unilateral, periorbital, left temporal, occurs same time of the day can be cluster headache. Alcohol intake triggers it. Because it is exdruciating, attacks are aborted by injections of tryptans and ergotamine. Prevention is with verapamil , etc. See neurologist for more advice.

Family history: Of migraines? Sounds like migraine equivalent headache. Have you had similar episodes before? If you have magnesium in the house try that and a cold compress (ice in a bag) on the back of the neck. Find a doctor who can prescribe an appropriate medication such as a triptan/ pain reliever tomorrow.
