I have a head cold/ possible sinus infection. im pretty stuffed up with a sore throat & swollen lymph nodes. for the past 2 days ive had a headache that wont go away even with extra strength tylenol or ibuprofen. what is it and what do i do?

Infection/COVID : COVID 19 , Strep and Influenza may be ruled out with testing. Rinse nasal passages with saline and stay well hydrated. Monitor your temperature and if there is a fever, an antibiotic may be indicated. Watch for signs of cough, fever, shortness of breath.
