A 41-year-old male asked:
Recently my(41age) lipid profile showed ldl 123,hdl 32,total 221,triglycerides 332. my glucose was 85 fasting. someone suggested me to start rosuvas f 10, whereas another suggestion was to start aerobic before jumping to statin. suggest what to do?

Exercise: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your doctor clears you, start aerobic exercise and gradually increase time and intensity. You may repeat the test in 6 months.
