The only way to know if dietary changes and exercise will be enough is to make the lifestyle changes and then re-check the lipid profile. Your doctor can refer you to a nutritionist to help you make dietary changes. Exercise can be as simple as a walking program and your doctor can help with that. Make the changes for a few months and then have the labs re-checked. You should see improvement!

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not that abnormal. If you are even slightly overweight losing weight will help. Exercise is beneficial. Wish you good health!
