I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. my gynae said that i may start running again however that i should keep my heart rate below 140bpm. im finding it impossible to keep it below this. can i elevate it higher for 30 mins?

Agree with Dr. F: Reduce the intensity of your exercise to keep your heart within the limits suggested by your doctor. Your doctor knows more about your health than any one of us on this forum. Exercising at lower intensity will not reduce the benefit of exercise. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
