Is it normal for the fetal heart rate to slow down at night? i'm 11 weeks pregnant. normally baby's heart rate is 150's last night it was 120's.

Yes, somewhat: Yes, 120s to 150s is normal for a resting fetal heart rate. However , the ob's always talk about laying on different sides to ensure proper blood flow to the uterus, so make sure to shift position, and not to lay too long on one side. The baby is going to sleep inside of you too, and the heart rate may go down a bit while that is happening.

Fetus sleep too : It is common for the fetal heart rate to decrease 10-20% while asleep .
