A member asked:

Is an elevated heart rate of 100-115bpm dangerous for my baby brought on by episodes of stress occasionally? 24 weeks pregnant.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pulse: Its really only an issue if you become symptomatic. Many pregnant women are mildly tachycardic (increased pulse) and with activity have a higher than usual pulse rate. The baby tolerates this well, but if you are having issues with this palpitations, passing out, etc. you need to speak with your physician.
