Pulse: Its really only an issue if you become symptomatic. Many pregnant women are mildly tachycardic (increased pulse) and with activity have a higher than usual pulse rate. The baby tolerates this well, but if you are having issues with this palpitations, passing out, etc. you need to speak with your physician.
