A D-Dimer is elevated. Since you are pregnant and the relationship of elevated D-Dimer to venous thrombosis and embolism, you should have your physician evaluate it further. Elevated D-Dimers have been described in pregnancy, but 3700 is significantly abnormal. Please get your doctor's input.
