Is higher resting heart rate an early sign of pregnancy? i check my pulse ox daily out of habit from asthma. i noticed 10-20 beat difference last night & this morning. i'm early 30s & heart was cleared as normal last yr by cardiologist?

The resting heart rate is variable in normal people from hour to hour or day to day. I would consider these numbers unlikely to be indicative of anything.

If you had sex since your last period and missed your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
