I had a pregnancy ultrasound scan 18-20 weeks and was told that there is a red spot on the babys heart, no other findings are present and i wanted to know if i should be concerned at all about this finding. this my third scan and no issues resported?

Call your OB physician and get his/her interpretation on this finding...it is not something that is usually reported on routine ultrasound OB studies, unless blood flow dynamics are required using color doppler.
