Weight Loss Tips: 1. 60% of your calories should come from protein sources 2. Carbohydrates should be 25% of the calories and come mostly from complex cars and not simple sugars 3. Fat calories should be 15% and again avoid animal fats as much as possible. 4. Exercise with a heart rate of 130 BPM for at least twenty minutes daily 5. Limit your overall calories to 1500 to 1800 calories/day.
