Vegetarian Too: You're in luck! I am a vegetarian also. If you wish to gain healthy weight - i would look into a vegetarian protein powder supplement. If you are weight lifting - the plan will need to be tailored. What are your goals? Weight lifting or cardio (or both)? Then i can give some proper advice.
