Weight loss: a 20 Kg weight loss in 1 month is very hard to do not to mention unhealthy it is better to loose 1 Kg per week and take it slow and steady the weight will be more likely to stay off

Don't do it.: 20kg (44 pounds) of weight is way too much to lose in one month. Healthy weight loss is generally achieved at a rate of one to two pounds weekly, which would equal up to eight pounds monthly (less than 4kg monthly). Be patient and be successful and healthy.
