Agree with Dr. P: Drinking a bottle of water before blood test will not materially alter the results. In fact you should make sure that you are well hydrated before a blood test. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine.
