My lymphocytes have been elevated on my last three blood tests. all other values were good on my cbc. march 10 2021 3.2 april 23 2021 3.7 june 28 2021 4.1 range should be 1.0-2.9 x10e9/l. what should be my next step?are these alarming?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the increase in counts is of concern and it would be prudent to consult a hematologist, It is not alarming, just a concern. Wish you good health!
