Cbc: wbc 10.5, hbg 16, hct 47.1, neutrophils 79% , lymphocytes 4%, ct scan showed mild bowel wall thickening - should i be concerned with blood work?

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your blood work results are not a cause for concern.
