Psa level 3.9 in march 2023. up from 2.26 in december and 1.6 in september. was on testosterone replacement for the last 3 years. stopped after 2.26 number. no symptoms. gp did dre and found no nodules, prostate was enlarged.referred to urologist. ??

53 yr. old male/PSA 5.3. Urologists Digital rectal exam shows moderately enlarged prostate no lumps/nodules/hardening. Gave Flomax and retest PSA in 1 month. Urine/CBC normal. Can prostate cancer cause enlarged prostate without lumps, etc? Or BPH?
