How possible is it to have an ectopic pregnancy after both tubes were removed due to ectopic pregnancies?

Very low chance: Ectopic pregnancy can occur when a fertilized egg implants in any location outside the uterus. Eggs released by the ovaries will normally travel into the fallopian tubes where sperm can fertilize them. Even though your fallopian tubes are gone, any opening from the uterus into the abdominal cavity can allow sperm to find the egg. This would be extremely rare, though.

"Stump" the MD?: Obviously, ectopic pregnancies can occur in more intra-abdominal places than just the Fallopian tube. However, the most common location is the Fallopian tube stump next to the uterus that was not completely removed at a previous surgery.
