Not the ectopic: Painful intercourse has several possible causes. The ectopic surgery is usually not one of them, though adhesions (scar tissue inside your belly from the surgery) can cause painful sex at times. Most often, pain with sex is lack of lubrication (use something like KY jelly) or lack of interest (are you making love or having sex?). An exam &specific details about when & where the pain is would help.
