A member asked:

I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies, removal of my left tube, still have the right tube. i am so afraid to try again, what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

3rd time a charm?: The 3rd time may result in another ectopic pregnancy or not because the conditions that created the obstructions in the tube such as infection/adhesions may also be present in the remaining tube to keep the fertilized ovum from making it to the uterus to implant. Have your GYN consider an antibiotic if he/she suspects infection and treat conditions like endometriosis as needed if present.
