Might need testing.: It is certainly possible to get pregnant with only one tube. An ectopic pregnancy can result from damaged tubes. It is possible that the other tube is also damaged. Difficulty conceiving can be from tubal factors, not ovulating, low sperm count and other reasons. You may consider discussing a work up with your doctor. Hope this helps.
