I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies in a year in a half am i just going to keep having them lost right tube second one got the shot should i stop trying ?

Probably not: Much depends on your remaining tube. If it is open and healthy your risk of another tubal pregnancy is increased (around 10%) but not horribly so. Another strategy to conider would be ivf which would decrease the risk even more.
