Your gyn: Who did the surg should have told u if your other tube looks good or not , and u can have a tubal xray called an hsg to see if it is patent or not, after one ectopic your risk goes from 1/100 to 1/10 so u still have a 9/10 chance to have a normal preg but obviously u will need to be followed closely at the beginning with quantitative bhchgs and Progesterone level and ultrasounds.
