UTI or worse.: White flakes in your urine can indicate sloughing of tissue (debris), calcium oxalate crystals, casts, small stones, or cells. Sedimentation which can lead to UTI's and worse- kidney stones or kidney infection. Your Dr should do a urinalysis with reflex culture and sedimentation to see what is going on. Esp if this happens multiple times. See your Dr. If left uintreated, it can cause problems.
