Rheumatology: You have a lot of issue that point to something wrong with your blood. I think its time to see a rheumatologist and perhaps a hematologist. I hope it works out.

Suggestive: Need to check platelet number and function. See a rheumatologist, hematologist. Butterfly rash is very suggestive. Check blood tests cbc, ana, esr, ds-dna.

I had one worm-shaped blood clot in my urine 2 weeks ago. My urologist wants to perform a cystoscopy and abdom/pelvic CT to rule out cancer. However, Ive had numerous CTs over the years incl. one just 8 months ago. Can MRI and/or US be substituted?
