Is it necessary to have blood tests before going vegan?

No: But vegan diet is deficient in vitamins B12 and D, so be sure to take supplements of vitamin B12 and vitamin D3. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Being Vegan: See that you are 15 years old. Please talk with your parents before you turn to vegan. Unless your family is also vegan, you may need to eat different foods than the rest of your family. Strongly recommend educating yourself thoroughly before changing lifestyle. It is easy to become deficient in some nutrients unless well educated. Blood work isn't always used.
