I have high blood levels of b12 from taking supplements. a month ago it was 2000+, now it's 1547. what kind of damage is this doing to my body? as a vegan, after my b12 goes back to where it should be, how much should i take?

Hello! Hope u r doing fine. Vit B12 is a water soluble vitamin which means toxicity happens only at doses thousands of times the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), so you and your body should be fine the level you are at. Vitamin B12 RDA is 2.4 mcg per day but for vegans is 250 mcg per day. Have a blessed day.
