Quick release: Can be from urinating forcefully or from dehydration. If continues with good fluid intake or while seated during urination, check a urine dipstick to make sure there are no other abnormals such as protein signs of kidney disease.-.

Proteins over sugars: Sugars occur naturally in fruits and grains at the end of harvest seasons. That's generally before winter. We did not evolve to eat so much carbohydrate and fructose. A little of this stuff goes a long way. Better to avoid it entirely most of the time. Once in a while is not bad, but only when most your diet mostly protein and vegetables [non starch].
