Diagnosed with gastritis in 2017. h.pylori negative, sibo negative, less than social drinker, not a nsaid pill popper. what could be still be causing upper abdominal pain, like a belt being tightened. bloating that takes my breath away. ?

Functional: Bloating and or abdominal distension suggests among others slowed intestinal transit, sometimes seen in irritable bowel, constipation type. Among others, staying fit, keeping a log of food eaten with symptoms experienced may help in further discerning a possible cause. Further tests under the care of a gastroenterologist may be needed.
