Recent colon/endoscopy revealed patchy minimal/mild chronic non specific duodenitis, terminal ileum with minimal patchy acute inflammation, and mild chronic gastritis. h pylori was negative i dont take nsaids, smoke or drink. all ibd neg. except crp?
