In order to arrive at a diagnosis you need more than a quick computer search. You need to see your GP or Urgent care for a complete physical examination, a detailed medical health history, a medication evaluation (prescription, OTC, & recreational), a diet analysis, lab tests, and possible imaging. Once evaluated your Physician can provide personalized treatment .

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a GI specialist.
