No risk, no worry: Nobody ever gets HIV, and probably no other blood borne infections, from grooming, shaving, etc -- and almost certainly not via an alum stone. Don't worry about it. Avoid HIV through monogamy and safe sex, and by not sharing drug injection equipment. No other risks are high enough to worry about.
