Pedodontist: Best to see a Pedodontist, a children's dental specialist, immediately. Baby teeth may be fractured or displaced. Supporting tissues may be damaged. Fall may have caused injury or displacement to underlying permanent teeth. If baby teeth abscess permanent tooth crowns can be damaged. Please have child examined now.
