Teething pains: Your baby has teething pains. This is normal and will pass. Symptoms will include not eating, drooling, crankiness and crying. Her gums are sensitive right now due to the eruption of the teeth/molars, use cold, clean washcloths or cold (not frozen) teething rings. Also rub your baby's gums, slight pressure can ease the discomfort. Use baby acetaminophen or baby Ibuprofen as last resort.

Teething: What you are describing sounds like teething, but there can be other causes. Standard of Care is that all children have their 1st Dental Examination at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. If she has had a baseline exam, go for re-evaluation. If not, see a Pedodontist, a Pediatric Dental Specialist for Examination and a wealth of advice.
