Yes or ...: Worse (periodontitis) or something else. You need to be personally evaluated by a dentist to know for sure.

Of course: Bleeding, swollen and throbbing gums can be a sign that you are at risk for, or already have, advanced gum disease. Untreated gingivitis or tooth infection can lead to the bone graft loss and other health problems. See your dentist ASAP because the sooner you treat it the better the outcome.
