At your age you should be very concerned about your oral health. See your dentist for a complete exam and treatment. If your gums bleed and are swollen, than make every effort to start a healthy oral hygiene program now.

Purple gingiva may indicate periodontitis, which is more severe than gingivitis. A mouthful of toothpaste is not dental care. See a dentist for evaluation and treatment... ignore your teeth and they'll go away.

Gingivitis, or what you describe may be more severe infecxtion Periodontitis. Please see a Dentist for a thorough examination and professional cleaning. Brush twice daily for 2 full minutes by the clock. Floss or WaterPik twice daily. See Dentist as often as recommended, and don't miss your Recare appointments. And ask the Dentist if referral to a gum specialist Periodontist is in order.
