i have been having some serious bleeding from the gums i have gingivitis and i have recently noticed red itchy bumps on roof of mouth....gingivitis??

No: No. Don't get red itchy bumps on roof of mouth from gingivitis. Although the same disorder might be affecting both areas. See oral surgeon for exam.
