Red Pimple in cheek: I would first evaluate whether you have bitten your cheek, a very common occurrence! you truly need an xray to determine what is going on with your wisdom tooth and whether the swollen gums are related!

Sounds Like: Pericoronitis (infected tissue around a wisdom tooth) which is generally painful. I would see your dentist to be sure it is not another tooth or swelling from some other cause as we cannot see you. See your dentist.
