My doctor did a sonar and says i have a growth 3.79cm x 2.14 cm originating from right ovary. is it something i need to be worried about?

Every case can be: different. It is important to discuss specifics with your doctor, such as, is this a solid growth or cystic(fluid filled)? Cystic would be common, but solid can occur. Cysts can go away with 4 - 6 weeks of time. Solid tumors, more likely are to need surgery, in general.
