Unsure: I cannot see your last question. "white" on ultrasound typically means fat or calcification. Calcifications in the ovary are relatively common. Fat can be related to benign tumors such as a dermoid or teratoma. Those have a very typical appearance and usually contain more than fight so are not pure "white", or echogenic. There is no way to know without the images.
