Ovarian cysts: In women of reproductive age, it is common to have cysts. There is an increased risk of cancer as the cysts grow. A 7-8 cm cyst is considered large. Additional imaging with ultrasound or MRI would provide increase information about septations and nodules not seen on ct. It would certainly be prudent to consult with gyn to discuss options including follow up ultrasound or removal.
